Missouri Online Application Introduction - Program Information
Welcome to Missouri's Online Application system. You can apply online for the following benefits:
Child Care Subsidy (CC)
The Child Care Subsidy program provides assistance with payment for child care on a sliding fee basis for eligible parents / guardians.
Food Stamp (FS) benefits
The Food Stamp Program is a supplemental food assistance program that helps low-income people and families buy the food they need for good health. A household can apply for benefits by completing Missouri's paper application or by submitting the online application.
Benefits are provided on an electronic card that is used like an ATM card and is accepted at most grocery stores.
Temporary Assistance (TA) Cash Benefits
The Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program is a program designed to provide cash benefits to low-income families for the household's children such as clothing, utilities, and other services.
MO HealthNet for the Aged, Blind, and Disabled (MHABD)
Missouri's Medicaid program is called MO HealthNet. MO HealthNet covers qualified medical expenses for individuals who meet certain eligibility requirements.
The State of Missouri will process applications for Food Stamp benefits in accordance with Food Stamp procedures, including timeliness, notices, and requirements regardless of whether the application is for Food Stamp benefits and other programs. Also, a household may not be denied Food Stamp benefits solely because it has been denied benefits from other programs.
